For Will, heโs been a bully ever since elementary school. In his family there was a pecking order: Dad bullies Derek, Derek bullies Will, and Will lets out his frustrations at other kids at school. As for Cassie it took longer for her cruel side to come out. Family pressure, conditional love from her mom, and competition from her sisters all contributed to her bullying others in middle/high school.
