as a sensible person i take offense at the hate of the friends lol. I FEEL VERY ATTACKED - laganja. and her husband is super adorable. like realistically if a bud told you they had this magical adventure would you believe them? same here. and in the first scene: its first generation/poc in america pressure. our parents sacrifice a lot for us to have a better life then them via education and status in life so everything she said is also repeated by katy's mom, its a cultural thing. its how we show our love: unfiltered. if we dont care about you: go flip them burgers. if we care about you: you have such potential, you can do better than flip burgers.

why didnt shang chi die in the lake? he was under a LONG time unconscious aka NOT holding his breath before the dragon sent air bubbles. so unless he is part atlantean...........PLOT HOLE. all they had to do for that scene was have him NOT be unconscious. sigh

why do they have to have sex to be a "real" movie? i mean folks got kids and are someone's kid so we know they are fucking, do we really have to see it like ever? and there are tons of "real" movies like sunset blvd or some like it hot or all about eve and people dont fuck there either so i dont get that criticism at all. the mobster director has more valid points. and the word you are looking for dustin is sex appeal. just cause you are hot doesnt mean you know how to fuck or know how to be sensual. in fact its more likely you are not since you can rely solely on being hot, no effort required

not a horse but a Qilin. i so dont know how to describe it for westerners, they are just magically dee awesome. power rangers (well the japanese sentai version) thought me about this creature. in dairanger (the lord zedd ninja season in the west) the yellow ranger's zord is a kirin the japanese version of the chinese qilin. and they say tv isnt educational. pfft

my view of the mcu is soooooooo different from you guys. eternals SO mcu. from the major changes from comics to screen (mcu is never comics accurate) to the lame "jokes" (mcu is never funny) it was so marvel. the only difference is the characters. when it focuses on those i dont care about (avengers) im like boo i dont like it; when it focuses on characters i actually care about i can stomach the film (guardians, shang chi, eternals). but they all have the same flaws and faults from casting to writing #makeitcomicsaccurate and the same positive: good effects

when i saw this in theaters i couldn't help but cry at a few parts. it was just so cool to see asian culture being represented front and center at something as big as marvel. meant a lot to me and my family, thanks for the reaction!

honestly i would have prefered a korra :( but anyway happy thanksgiving u guys and yaay arcane! that show is crazy good, one of the best animated shows ive seen in recent years.
