hey hey I just wanna say i adoreeeeeee your reactions. each one of you brings such a nice vibe and energy in every video. and the dynamic you three have is so fun and entertaining! also don’t worry about having the wrong predictions, or not noticing something right of the bat, what i personally love is just to see your authentic reaction to it. and also to see u genuinly love the show and the characters! you being correct is personally not that important for me. it would be less fun if ya’ll got everything from the get go. i’m all for the crazy theories, don’t hold back on those! trust the show to give the answer eventually. hope you guys are having an amazing day and hope you’re doing great!!! can’t wait for more jjk <3

IT’S TIME

Sean, I just read this comment on another patreon im subbed to. So I torrented it to check it out and HOLY SH*T the stuff they added is insane. The original episode is amazing but this is a step above. I edited the comment for clarity and to remove any spoilers. “EMERGENCY WATCH: The bluray version of JJK Season 2 Ep17 is up. MANY redone scenes, as well as several additional MINUTES of new scenes. It's breaking the internet right now, genuinely amazing af. Would highly recommend you slot that ep into your schedule somewhere! Edit: You can get the subbed bluray version on Nyaa(torrent site).”

Yes absolutely, Gege Akutami, the JJK mangaka was greatly inspired by different aspects of Eastern mythology. Heck Sukuna himself is named after a mythological figure

Oh interesting thanks for sharing! This is one of those shows where I just assume a lot of the lore is based on eastern mythology that I just don’t have a reference for. “Curse Paintings” especially felt like something that either sounds cooler in Japanese or has some sort of connotation I wasn’t understanding.

So excited for you guys to see the movie and season 2! You are right when everyone says season 1 is great, just wait for season 2. I had only seen season 1 at first, and wanted more so I started reading the manga before season 2 came out, so I knew what was going to happen but man, it hits different in show format 😱 so you guys getting to see it with fresh eyes… yeah that’s going to be awesome!

Just like curse spirits, sorcerers are graded from 1 to 4 and at the top Special Grade. Students generally start at Grade 4 upon joining the school, but this depends on experience. Jujutsu sorcerers can be promoted up in rank by receiving a recommendation from a sorcerer of a higher rank. To become First Grade a sorcerer needs at least 2 people's recommendation so if you noticed Gojo basically bribed Mei Mei (the white-haired braid woman) to be the second person to recommend the gang. On another note, the Death Paintings seem to be inspired from "Kusozu" - a series of Buddhist paintings depicting the nine stages of a decaying corpse. Them being: 1. Cho-so (脹相): Distension: the body bloats and expands due to the generation of gasses 2. E-so (壊相): Rupture: the corpse decays, and the skin tears and begins to break 3. Kechizu-so (血塗相): Exudation of Blood: the corpse is further damaged and begins to leak various bodily fluids 4. Noran-so (膿爛相): Putrefaction: The corpse begins to dissolve as decomposition advances 5. Shouo-so (青瘀相): Discoloration and Desiccation: The corpse turns blue and black [and presumably begins to dry out] 6. Tan-so (噉相): Consumption by Animals and Birds: A corpse is "wormed" and devoured by birds and beasts 7. San-so (散相): Dismemberment: As a result of consumption, the pieces of the corpse are scattered about 8. Kotsu-so (骨相): Bones: Only bones remain, with no blood or sebum 9. Sho-so (焼相): Parched to Dust: Only ash remains As you can see the top 3 ones are our brothers here in JJK and by reading their description you can see how Choso is the most human-like and Kechizu is the most curse-like.

Nobara and Yuji are the best man!!! It only goes up from here guys, I can't wait <3

Will your guys' reaction to the movie drop next week? Im so excited for you guys to see it, it's amazing!!!!

Daniel Faria Ferreira

So early today 🥺 i never been happier 😭 Also i don't think any of the Death Paintings are the result of a consensual relationship 💀 I'm pretty sure that Noritoshi Kamo made the cursed spirits r*p* the poor girl as an experiment
