Do you guys have other reaction format, without the blunder and numbers on the screen, or is it the only one?

I remember reading somewhere that the butterflies in the movie are a reference to "The Butterfly Dream" by Zhuangzi. Basically the story goes something like a Chinese monk fell asleep and had a dream where he was a butterfly, but when he woke up he wasn't sure if he just had a dream where he was a butterfly or if he was a butterfly dreaming about being a human. With the movie ending with "Are You Living in the Real World?" plus all the other existentialist stuff in the show (i.e. Spike's various lines about being in a dream and the world not being real) the incorporation of the butterflies was a really cool touch to get the ideas about reality across.

Oh yes please Sean bless us with Eva reactions. I will not be in the minority to think that this is one if not the most important in a sense anime for modern anime

I don't know of any reactors I've seen, that had a problem with the Faye scene lol It was definitely fan service. I didn't think it was too distasteful. The movie aged pretty well the action holds up for sure. I've enjoyed these reactions. I'll be back if you guys react to anymore classics from the 90s. Y'all gonna carry that weight.

exactly! A whole ass team effort through and through

James Long

I think you nailed it where in this movie, the team feels more like a cohesive unit. And I really love that aspect of it. Everyone is playing their part.
