Thank you so much for the reaction! My old band nerd world clashing with Sean Tank Top world is truly a treat! Been a fan for years but never in a million years did I think youβd be watching this. π βThe Machineβ is a show I had a dvd of in high school and watched countless times back then. The Cavaliers dominated the early 2000s, were known for their unreal drill precision and perfect blend of sound. They were like superheros to us in my band. As a little summer event I got to march their opener with them in high school in 2005. They wrote drill for us and everything. I really enjoyed seeing your guysβ reaction and glad you enjoyed it! I think drum corps is such an underrated thing! By the way the guys in green running around the field are actually judges! They get up and personal in your face and listen to you play so thereβs no hiding in the ensemble. Thereβs a judge specifically for music, for marching, for the front ensemble, for the guard, for the drum line, and judges who sit from a high vantage point watching the overall show. At the end they add up all the judges scores to get your rating.

I wouldn't ever even think to look for this sort of thing on YouTube. This was a really pleasant surprise. The very first guy in the Cavaliers video looked like a young Walton Goggins. The amount of spacial awareness and pure athleticism required to pull something like this off is freaking staggering. How do you even think to choreograph that many people with such precision?! Also once you pointed out the guy with guy with the clipboard, I could not unsee him and my eyes kept automatically tracking him across the field. This was truly delightful, thanks rumple foreskin!! Also, is leaving the gm tier requests in the discord okay or is there another way you prefer receiving them?
