I rrrrrrrrrreally could go for a Two Face show before I ever wanted to touch a Joker show. I'm a lil Jokered out, and I think for the first time since fuckin' '08 everyone else might be too.

Apparently Matt Reeves and HBO want to do another series focused on another villain. Right now the rumor is the joker but I don't know if we need that. Would love to see a different character we haven't seen.

Sean was in the nightclub when Sophia was on stage interrogating Oz. And he was sitting at his table pounding it and howling and his tongue came rolling out onto the table. Then his eyes came popping out of his head and afterwards his heart came out of his chest.

I don't know if this was intentional on the showrunner's part, but I couldn't help but feel the obscene level of wealth and privilege that Sofia still had despite all the ways she was hurt by people in her family, especially as she was burning down that house. Even just the clothes in her father's room are probably worth more than someone in Crown Point makes in a year. I was constantly thinking of Vic's rage at his neighborhood getting blown up AGAIN, and how she probably never considered or cared about that. Like how Eve said, she was born with money so she can afford to think in black and white: her vs. Oz. And she also abandoned her entire empire after promising the organization that it would be a new family where they matter. That was Sofia's fatal flaw that didn't separate her from her father imo, she still took being at the top for granted once she was there. Vic's death was the biggest disappointment of the show for me, though I get why they had Oz kill him. I wanted to see Vic channel that rage against the rich and powerful fucks who destroyed his life. I thought he'd do something unhinged this episode, but that's not where the story was going.
