Three seconds loop timer is my favorite way to go when I shoot in movement, one pose comes out from the previous and it Is a never ending creation process as I truly believe that you can never run out of poses.
I am always heavily oriented on details, thus, for me personally, the smallest change in the shot - is a change on its own.
