Gumroad Problems
🕑 Added 2019-08-16 16:17:04 +0000 UTCSo some of you might already know I had to remove everything from gumroad since last month. A user used a fraudulent credit card to purchase $700+ worth of items from my page and now I'm on negative balance. So for now, I'm looking for alternatives and taking extra commissions. I also opened the Secret Cove tier for the mean time. I will update you guys as soon as I resolve all this. Thank you all for your support.

It's been over a month now. I don't think gumroad even cares. I haven't seen any cases online where this issue has been resolved.

That’s horrible. Credit fraud is horrible, especially if you’re the one that is at negative. I hope this issue gets resolved.

technically, yes. They're deducting it on my future earnings. So I'm getting nothing till the negative is paid off.

I'm not sure how this works but did that 700$ came out of your pocket then? Since it was a fraud
