[ANNOUNCEMENT] New Changes in Acquiring Tier Rewards and Temporary URL Deactivation Notice

Hi! First of all, thank you for your continued support! I’m excited to announce some important changes to how you’ll access your exclusive rewards on my Patreon. These updates are designed to address recent challenges, ensure fairness for my long-time supporters, and make your experience even more rewarding and secure.
Why These Changes?
Recently, I’ve faced some challenges with feedback from both supporters and non-supporters about the sensitive nature of my content. As you know, my work is unique and tailored for this community, but it’s not always suited for broader audiences. Unfortunately, some of my contents are not suitable or allowed in some places and I'm being blamed even though I'm not the one who shared it, causing misunderstandings and distractions that impact my ability to focus on creating sets. I’ve also heard from some of you who feel strongly about keeping the exclusive rewards just for this community. I deeply value your feedback and apologize for not addressing these concerns sooner. I have to admit that I've been tolerating the acts of some people but I’m now taking action to protect your experience.
What’s Changing?
To keep the rewards/sets exclusive, streamline access, and ensure fairness, I’m implementing the following:
Discord Integration: I’m launching a private Discord server for our community! This will let me share Tier 1 and Tier 2 rewards (like files and URLs) in secure, tier-specific channels accessible only to the appropriate patrons. Please prepare a Discord account to link with your Patreon. I’ll provide step-by-step instructions when the server is ready.
Patreon Chat Feature (Alternate Option): Since not all users/supporters can use Discord, I'm also considering using Patreon's Community Chat feature.
Secure Content Delivery: I'll be putting passwords on the files. Passwords and links will be shared via Discord or Patreon direct messages (DMs), keeping them private and exclusive.
New Archive Tier for New Supporters: To be fair to my long-time supporters, I'll be making a special “Archive Tier" for new supporters. This one-time tier will let new supporters access older reward sets in a single, easy-to-download package. Planned sets to be archived are sets from 2023 to 2024, or maybe including the Jan-May 2025 sets. I'm still gonna see how this will work. I'm planning to implement this as soon as possible.
These changes mean you’ll access rewards through Discord or DMs instead of public posts, creating a more personalized experience.
Why These Changes?
My goal is to make your experience as a patron rewarding and hassle-free. These updates help me protect the value of your support, simplify, secure access to content, and ensure I can focus on creating high-quality work without distractions. While I want to keep things easy for you, these steps are necessary to maintain the exclusivity you deserve as my supporters.
While I still can't stop some people from doing such irresponsible acts despite these new changes, I'm making sure that I'm already dealing with the prevention of it.
I’m dedicated to delivering the unique, high-quality content you love. While I can’t fulfill every request, I’m working hard to create work that resonates with this amazing community. However, I don't really plan to make a community discord now as it might affect my morale. So, the Discord server will be solely for retrieving the sets I'm releasing.
If you have feedbacks or suggestions on this matter, please let me hear about it. I hope I can improve things further for me and my supporters.
For now, I'll be dealing to resolve these issues first before releasing new sets.

何が変わるのか？
リワードの独占性を保ち、アクセスを簡素化し、公平性を確保するため、以下の変更を導入します：
Discord統合：コミュニティ向けにプライベートDiscordサーバーを立ち上げます！これにより、Tier 1およびTier 2のリワード（ファイルやURLなど）を、該当するパトロンのみがアクセスできる安全な専用チャンネルで共有できます。PatreonとリンクするためのDiscordアカウントをご準備ください。サーバー準備ができ次第、詳細な手順をお伝えします。
Patreonチャット機能（代替オプション）：すべてのユーザー/サポーターがDiscordを利用できるわけではないため、Patreonのコミュニティチャット機能の使用も検討しています。
安全なコンテンツ配信：ファイルにパスワードを設定します。パスワードとリンクはDiscordまたはPatreonのダイレクトメッセージ（DM）で共有し、プライベートで独占的な状態を保ちます。
新人サポーター向けアーカイブティア：長期間ご支援いただいている皆様への公平性を保つため、新人サポーター向けに特別な「アーカイブティア」を作成します。この1回限りのティアでは、2023年から2024年の過去のリワードセット、場合によっては2025年1月から5月のセットも含め、簡単にダウンロードできるパッケージを提供します。詳細は現在検討中ですが、できるだけ早く導入する予定です。
これらの変更により、公開投稿ではなくDiscordやDMを通じてリワードにアクセスいただくことで、よりパーソナライズされた体験を提供します。
なぜこれが重要か？

I'll be archiving past works from 2023-2024 (and maybe Jan-May 2025) which can be accessed by current supporters until June 30, 2025. After that, I'll be moving them to the Archive Tier for new supporters. I don't plan to lock my contents monthly so I might just do it annually to be fair to long-time supporters.

So what about people like me who’ve been supporters for a while (I think.) but haven’t had time/made time to download all the sets. Can you just archive them all in one big pack, like a massive multi gigabyte file? Or at least package them somewhat nicely? All of each month etc.

Well, there never is a solution that's why I have tolerated it for so long but since people posting it on sites that such content is not allowed, I've been becoming a target of such hate (particularly for using AI). Discord is just an option I can take advantage of here in Patreon since it's easier to organize there. But since most don't agree with it, I'm looking for other ways to keep the URL less exposed since there are sites that automatically feed on the posts here including the URL. I'm just taking action due to the concern of some Patrons and I do understand them since you guys are the one pledging for the content. This is actually not for me, I already have tolerated it for so long and I apologize to all Patrons for not taking action. What I'm doing is for you my supporters.

Sorry, if I misuderstood the whole thing, but if someone is leaking out Sense's artwork, they still will be doing that with or w/o discord, its just couple extra steps for such people. And if someone has concerns about the content itself, just don't go for it, its a personal choice. Overall, I might be wrong, but it doesn't seems that the Discord thing can be a solution for anthying like that. I never used though, correct me if I'm wrong. P.S. Sensei, you do what you think is best for you)))

i dont mind the new rules... as for me just keep us updated for the new sets and guide us to get those rewards..... for as long I can see more of Carmina, Reika etc and more armpit licking pics or designs... im cool with that... and honestly im addicted to your designs now... especially to reika and albedo...

For some reason, all URL in each post can be exposed outside Patreon. I have already been ignoring this for so long until recently when some of my long time Patrons started to express their concern about such intentional disclosure so I needed to take action.

ive been supporter since your first works, I must dont know why I should get discord to access the content. its already exclusive enough with your unique style and changing how i can access them help anything. Sorry to say i dont agree with this :)

As a long time follower since 2023 and Pixiv, I have a mixed feelings about this. An additional source is DEFINITELY troublesome as there is additional steps we must do to receive the content. However... the content is something that we want and to support Sensei's privacy, shouldn't we make an extra effort to receive it? For the Tiers, that one i'm not concerned. Why? Because this is NOT a charity. It is a business. I was in Tier 3 and requested for Commissions but gave it up so I can let others have a chance.

First of all, I respect Hanaji sensei's new reward idea. I read the [ANNOUNCEMENT] post carefully and am leaving a reply. I find it difficult to agree with Hanaji sensei's new policy of having to use Discord to receive rewards/sets. I agree with setting a password for the work for the exclusivity and fairness of rewards/sets. However, the fact that the links to files and URLs can only be found through an external channel called Discord is contrary to the simplification of accessibility that Hanaji sensei mentioned. As an existing Patreon user, I have to go through the cumbersome navigation process called Discord. It is more convenient to share membership-only content and URLs on Patreon as it is now. If using Discord becomes a mandatory process for each new set in the future, I don't think it will be a very welcome change.
