Re: how NOAH was created: While he was alive, Giant was always close with the Japanese talent while Motoko had to play the role of enforcer. Wheb Giant died and his took over, Misawa had a lot of different ideas about where wrestling should be headed (especially around presentation like stages, lighting, etc) so he asked to leave and most of the Japanese talent went with him. There's a book called Ganbaru by Jonathan Foye that does a pretty good job breaking it down. It's a quick read, too!
