Hey, boys. Not so much a Q that I need A'd, but I want to let you know of an unfortunate sentimental moment I have with a DEADLOCK clip. Back in September, I showed my mom and brothers the “Goldberg eats corn the long way” clip. They got a good chuckle out of it. Then my brother turns to me and asks, “How do you eat corn the long way?” I said, “Well, how do you eat corn on the cob? Now think about what the ‘long way’ means.” Once it clicked, he busted out laughing. The face he made will forever be burned into my brain. Five weeks later, my little brother passed away in a freak car accident. I want to thank you guys for inadvertently creating a moment I will never forget. And it only makes sense to me, a wrestling fan, having a sentimental memory with the phrase “Goldberg eats corn the long way.” The podcast, the Patreon, and DPW have done a lot of heavy lifting in keeping my spirits up in the last month. And I will forever be indebted to that.
