I have no particular expectations, I had hundreds of thousands of followers on deviantart/instagram/facebook/pinterest and then things changed for the worse... I'm tired.
Now I just want to enjoy a safe place for myself and my beloved artist community with no Ai.
It seems good! There's the "portfolio" area where you can be a little more professional and the "all post" area where you can repost/share the things you like and post stupid things without ruining your portfolio.
it's also easy to communicate with other artists in the "open talk" section.

I miss pre AI DeviantArt. All I see on there is AI art anymore.

This Cara is interesting. I may look into it as it blocks AI art. I have joined other artist platforms like UnVale for original characters whom also block AI art.

YES. I remember the golden age...I made sooo many friends at that time. One of the biggest disappointments on the internet. SAD π

this is so sad and devastating that DEVIANTART is promoting ai art! DEVIANTART!!! Deviantart has a loving memory in my heart. 2008-2013, the golden ages where all my friends were there and shared our arts and stories together. :(
