The book is divided into FIVE parts:
FULL-BODY: full-body poses from different angles to help you with foreshortening and with placing the human figure in an imaginary 3D environment to give out the illusion of depth;
COUPLES: couple poses and interactions, that can be used for comics, layouts and character art;
GESTURES: a big chapter about daily and unusual gestures to help you with your character's personality;
COMIC PANELS: a chapter about comics, with detailed explanations and descriptions on how to choose panels and how to cut your shots to improve your storytelling and composition skills;
EXTRA: a few references on eyes, hands, and clothes.
