What Is Emelies Eye Color?!

As I've tweaked the style of the comic a little I have to come up with the eye colors of recurring characters. And as I'm planning to feature Emelie in the next comic I figured I'd let you guys have your input on it. As a thanks for all your support. :)

Dark purple, specifically. I'd say red, but I don't need her even scarier than now.
Sure. But her design is a monochromatic one. Pink played agains black. There is plenty of contrast there.

Eye color is probably one of the first things cosmetic genetic modification is going to handle. And these comics are hopefully going to persist for awhile, so I personally see no reason for restricting oneself. In a fantastic world, why not have another color in eyes ? I don't think it needs explanation, you can imagine your own, dude. :-)
Please use a natural eye colour, I always think it looks so weird when human characters have those weird eye colours. If you do use purple, at least make a point out her wearing lenses at one point. She is that weird after all.
