Idk your taste in music, but I recommend listening to a song called 'A Little Bit Off Today' by Five Finger Death Punch. Yeah, they mostly make Heavy/Nu Metal music, but this song honestly doesn't really have that much Heavy Metal in it (compared to their others).

The mood is a vibe. Maybe you don't drink hot drinks, but for me there's something about the ritual of making a cup of tea that helps me center myself, even just a little. Maybe drawing a cup of tea does the same <3
