No, but there will be included in the history chaps. Regarding Elamaerys' feud with magical races...whilst news will filter through to Westeros and Essos, it won't really affect them too much. The Rise of the Volantene Empire, and the looming Targ civil war (again) keeps them distracted.

Will the sequel address the reason for Aenar's untimely death? (Please give me a minor spoiler)... I'm curious how Westeros and Essos will react to Eleamaerys's feud with other magical races... hell, Aegon's family will react very badly when they discover what they're planning and the ultimate gift they'll receive with their sacrifice.

No. Castorys will live into his eighties. He just abdicated like Aegon did. But he ended up ruling as a regent for a while until Aemon was of age.

There will be a sequel and there were will be interim historical chaps! Aye, I think Aegon's death is going to be brutal TBH. But whilst it may be bittersweet to the average Elamaeri, it will probably be seen as a betrayal by his children.

*spoilers* Is archon going to be a post one holds untill death because for aenar to die in 20 yrs as an archon doesn't that mean castorys will also be dead before that ?

The little tidbits of future events are done great and I hope you explore them more in depth in the sequel (I hope you will write a sequel). However, it’s also sad that we’re at the end of this story and that we won’t be (ever) meeting these characters again… and also, I really don’t know if I can read the aftermath of Aegons transformation into the Silver Tree. Just imagining how Castorys, Gael and the other kids/grandchildren will react somehow breaks me. Especially in this chapter when Castorys mentions needing Aegon to help him reel in his son and nephews… I just know it is going to break them.

The whole Castorys II thing confused me. I get that from context clues its talking about Castorys Aegon's son, but by both European and Westeros' reasoning he would be Castorys I. Numbered by which of that name that ruled when and not just numbered by what number ruler they were.

I won't lie im kinda struggling to keep up with all the names and ages of Aegons family, if its not too much trouble do you think you could create a family tree of some kind so that we can keep track of everyone? Kind of like how in the ASOIAF books there is a list of all the houses and their members at the end of the book to help keep track
