I already posted what I thought about Alicent's p.o.v. on discord so I won't repeat here but Aegon's p.o.v. was a treat. I am curious to learn more about this new magical development that Aegon has encountered on Dragonstone as well as what it was exactly that Aegon learned when he felt the Spiritual Energy flow into him without help of the Staff. So Aegon has decided to take all the dragon eggs found in the volcano of Dragonmont so as to ensure that the Targaryens of Westeros have less dragons as well as a way to protect the dragons and keep them safe from the COTF, The Raven and The Old Gods. Just to clarify, all of Baelon's surving children have dragon right, though as I undertsand it, they are still very young dragons, closer to hatchling, with Zaraxes being the oldest, correct? I have to say that I am really shocked that Aegon would kill Sheepstealer for a reason as pettiness because Baelon really got on his nerves. Sheepstealer did not deserve to be killed because of Baelon considering he mostly kept to himself and fed on sheep and probably never harmed any humans. Killing him to spite Baelon and not allow the Westerosi Targaryens to bond with a mature dragon is a low that I personally would not forgive Aegon for no matter how much I like him. Sheepstealer did not deserve to die the way he did. At least we know for certain that Sheepstealer's soul has departed for a better place. It looks like Aegon and his staff have gotten another huge power up. I also feel a bit cheated that we did not see Aegon kill Cannibal, that would have been more interesting, given that both Misaragorn and Aegon have debt to settle with Cannibal for trying to kill them when they were younger, but I am guessing you chose to show us Sheepstealer being killed by Aegon because we would all know that it was no fair for Sheepstealer to be killed for the sins of others that he had nothing to do with. I'm guessing you will at least tell us what happened when Aegon kills Cannibal, by way of recollection, given that the next chapter will be a timeskip. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I get having a mature flying dragon under their control might have emboldened Baelon to try something rash or go back on their agreements but it is sad that sheapstealer must be killed.

Percentage? Like 5%. I draft out scenes ahead but it's just like those memory paper card things to help stimulate memory. I do most of the writing literally after I finish a chapter.

Ah Alicent, you girlbossed too hard and became a girlfailure. Probably the best conclusion to Alicent's time in Westeros. No torture, murder, super breakdown or wasting away. She seems willing to change for the better for the sake of her remaining family, that's something.
