The current system is something among the lines of: If you're in the 100$ tier for more than a month (the more months the higher the priority), I create or prioritize things you tell me in my existing projects. Outside of this tier, no.

I don't currently do commissions or requests, but maybe I will someday. This is with the exception of taking some idea requests for the 100$ tier.
