I forgot to leave a comment. But I personally feel that the pregnancy stuff isn't a true pregnancy. Crimson loves sex, but he's not stupid. He's lazy and wants to have fun and leaving nearly every woman he has sex with pregnant and then having to hear from said women possibly badgering him about being a father, nah, he would definitely already have a plan for that. Plus I'd imagine his mother and sister would lecture him about it and we know how much he would hate going through that. Plus being some cosmic dragon, I don't think impregnanting would be that simple. So my theory is that basically, from the creampies, what the women feel simulates pregnancy. But, it's something that's more like a growing bundle of energy and potential. Where unless Crimson does something to actually give it life, like giving it a shaving of his soul where it would then mix with the mother to actually start creating the baby. I would think it would just be some strong energy that will sit there and after sometime, if Crimson doesn't do anything to give it life, it would just be absorbed by the mother and make them stronger as a bonus for going through a "false" pregnancy. So that way he doesn't have to actually worry about getting a bunch of women pregnant. If they actually told them I feel he would either correct them that it's not a real pregnancy or he would let them keep thinking it is just to see their reactions.
