I like how the speaker is teasing a lot but is also quite serious about wanting the listener to accept the new position. It's quite endearing :-) Also, I love it when they are talking about being somewhere to "feel at piece. A place where time does not exist." I have (or maybe had?!) a place like that and this audio brought back lovely memories of it :-)
