Ok, I feel the need to follow this up, cause I must admit this one might have made me cry a little. Hearing the reminders to avoid beating myself up, to remember my progress, and to be kind to myself, even the moments discussing the difference between acts that come from love and self-love, and being our own worst critics, it might have hit a spot with me I guess.

I'm really sorry YT is being a butt again Solar. You are right though, the fact we can all still enjoy the audios here is something we can be grateful for. I'm thrilled to hear from our favorite Lamia again, and after the last couple days I've had, having some quality time with her is gonna chill me right out.

Forgot to say, sorry to hear about your struggles with youtube. There's a lot of people I follow on there that share your frustrations and anxiety about it. Personally I don't see the point of "youtube kids" if the plan is to make youtube itself the thing that's suitable for every age.
