1) False, because it seems like you have ADHD (similar to me), which makes sleep a LOT harder to achieve and/or maintain (depending on the person, it could be either or both). 2) I very rarely fall asleep before midnight, and typically wake up before 5am (sometimes earlier than 4am). I do little more than lay in bed until 10am, and my brain won't stop functioning after 9pm.
