Yup, even better, my boss at the time told me to! It went kind of like this. Me: -Tired, been a very long week sounds- Boss: Dude you look exhausted. Why don't you take a mental health day? Me ( who was raised catholic and tends to go overboard on the whole work/life balance thing) : What the hell is a mental health day? Boss: -Shrug- What it sounds like.
