I'm happy to announce that tomorrow (October 25th, 7:00 PM EST, I suppose?) I'll be hosting our first movie night in our "Solar System" Discord server! ποΈπΏ
To be honest with you, I'm really nervous since I've never even joined such an event before, let alone hosted one myself π
We'll be watching a movie that actually inspired my MEGA COLLAB - a fun romcom "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" (2009) π»π€
And if you can't make it, please worry not! I'll be hosting another movie night the day after π It's going to be a tiny bit "spookier" one as well haha π¦πͺ¦

Also, I wanted to share something exciting with you:
- Since you're my special stars here, I wanted to share with you a cute banner I created for this event! Yes, simply can't help it when it comes to visuals! Beautifying things whenever I get a chance to do so haha
- I'll be staying for a bit longer after the movie night to chat with you in our patrons-only voice chat. Since it's the movie that inspired this huge collab project, I thought it would be fun to talk about it and have a small cozy Q&A (if you even feel like asking me any questions about it at all, that is π ). While movie nights will be public for everyone who wants to join and watch along, these little chichats will be exclusive for you only. This way I'm hoping to avoid experiencing any possible stage fright as well π
- Last but not least, for my celestials who can't make it to the movie nights for any reason... I plan to start uploading watch-along videos for you here, with timestamps and my reactions. This way you can watch the movie with me even if you missed the live event π It'll probably be available starting with a certain tier and up, but I haven't decided which one exactly yet tbh.
I really hope that you find this exciting! This is something I knew I wanted to do as a community from the very beginning, so I'm both terrified and thrilled at the same time haha. See you in our server!

I'd love to partake, but unfortunately it's starts at midnight BST and I'm at work in the morning. π Could you ever be persuaded to host it at an earlier time/or on a Friday/Saturday night instead?

I was so pumped when I saw the discord announcement about the movie! But, the showtime is at 2:00 am in my time zone and I'm stuck working the night shift. Fingers crossed I can make it to the next movie night!

I plan to stay up after every movie night and have a chat with patrons moving forward, so I'm sure we'll have a chat one day ππ« The only thing is that I can't host them as often as I'd like to atm, but I'm hoping to make it either a weekly or once-every-two-weeks thing in the future though π€
