It's a veryyy slow paced audio this time, mostly because Lamias seem to me like the most hypnotising creatures, so I'm always taking my sweet time with their stories haha. So yes, my usual warning β οΈ please don't try to listen at work/school or else we might end up getting in trouble! π€

AAAAND WE'RE BACK, Ladies and Gentlemen! This is an audio that doesn't mess around. It knows what it is and what we're here for. We're here for Solar's Dom Mom Lamia, and that is exactly what it gives us. The story here is negligible, but that's not a criticism. It just gives us more time to enjoy the tenderness of Solar's voice. Something I really appreciate about Solar's Lamia characters is that they never attempt to get their way through hypnotism. In fact, this character was being very respectful of the Listener's boundaries, and I appreciate that detail. However, if I'm being entirely honest, if someone talked to me with that voice, I would do anything they asked without needing any coercion. The fire sound is a classic background pick, and the creaking sound effect gave the feeling of something heavy moving around. Whether it was meant to be tree branches or the Lamias tail, it set the scene very well. But the star of the show, of course, was Solar's hissing sounds. I have no idea how she does them, and her ability to weave them in between and throughout her sentences is nothing short of spectacular. Then, as a capstone, the hair stroking sfx. As we all know, I'm a sucker for it, and it was an excellent way to end off the audio. Until, of course, the kissing sfx, which I was not expecting, but was a very welcome surprise. If the hair stroking was the icing on the cake, the kissing was the decorations. Simply beautiful. Solar Questions: You may not consider walking around the city to be a hike, but you have walked to the park before, which I think counts. But that's just me. I do enjoy hiking, but there are a few things that make it better for me. Firstly, the time investment mustn't be too long, as I start to get antsy after a little bit, but that varies day to day. If the path is a loop and ends where it started that helps, personally. Secondly, snacks. I get hungry, but also, this helps me be less fidgety. Thirdly, a lovely traveling companion that I can talk to.

This was a very wonderful audio. I really enjoy the gentleness of this one. You have that incredible ability to create a serene and comfortable and warm atmosphere with the timbre and pace of your voice. Listening to your hissing made me think of a rather crazy idea, namely, if you had the speaker's parts written in Old/Archaic Latin, which had a ton more intervocalic sibilants (s between vowels, basically) where Classical Latin has r. I highly doubt nor expect this idea to come to fruition, but I was curious about what would happen if I shared.
