My guess is yes? Perhaps you have delt with insomnia. Just guessing from your understanding of how difficult it can make life. As for myself no, I haven't really had to face that. Average sleep schedule of 5 to 6 hours a night. (Work schedules gotta be up at 3 to be at work by 3:30)
