Remember the time when I told you about me getting a couple of card decks with affirmations? I know, I know, it's been a while so I wouldn't blame you if you didn't 🙈 Sooo I decided to finally bring them back, and try pulling a random card every month for us to gain some wisdom together 🙌
This time I felt really inspired and ended up recording a whole guided meditation for you 💚🍃 If you're feeling skeptical about this audio format, that's alright (also welcome to the club haha), but I encourage you to give it a chance and try it at least once, and see if maybe you feel good listening to it and following my lead 😌 I tried to make it less "preachy" and more personal, intimate even, so please let me know what you think about it! 1. Hundred percent true but that's the best part of meditation at the beginning, it's about getting distracted and refocusing and then over time the distractions are well, less distracting. 2. Never been but yes I really want to go. I got one friend who studied and just graduated over there, and another friend from highschool whos half japanese and moved back years ago. And Japan is just awesome in general!
