You've got the Proxy War rules now. HI:NT and HI:NT - BABH don't have the greatest reputation when it comes to playability, so you're not really missing much. The rules were available online, as were most of the other resources and the cards. Definitely not worth losing sleep over.

I have over two years of monthly releases but I don't have the game. If you put more of the content of the core game to pint it will be awesome
