I printed miniatures, they look perfect. I did them in double scale. Can you please tell me what base size are each one? How do I determine this usually?

It is very nice pack. Can I treat it as starter package for demo games? Would it work with proxy war rules? I am long time patron, but I cannot seem to find a way to start playing game.
