Writing in generalities here...kinda-of the opposite of Americans!

I know some were mad from the comments though haha. I was also glad we got that elderly man's perspective in, especially because most older folks in Korea don't like being on camera or doing interviews.

Personally, I think it's a shame really. Koreans are ashamed of their own culture. I mean, I can understand that some people don't want to eat dogs. But we shouldn't be ashamed or try to hide the fact that it was and still is a part of our culture. There's this whole inferiority complex in Korean society, and people are really sensitive to what foreigners might think of us.

We were really glad that we got a wide spectrum of answers.

I really thought I'd end up getting mad after watching this... But it's been done amazingly well and that long ending with the elder's perspective was really helpful too! Good job u guys!

I really appreciate hearing from people of all ages. The liked the questions; especially the one about the restaurant signage. It added to the complexity of the practice. It seemed to lead to some of their thoughts of how foreigners might view the eating of dogs and how that viewpoint might reflect on them personally and as a country.

i like how fair this interview was and the bit at the end with the elderly man and his perspective was really informative.
