Site Update - v1.6.1 History Fixes

Added Next/Previous Year buttons
Improved various parts of the History display on smaller screens
Added a horitonzal scrollbar to the History Overview Chart for those with longer timelines
Fixed a bug causing some dates to display incorrectly in the milestone list

is the history overview chart supposed to display negative values? I don't recall if it did before or not, but now any year with a negative value looks like it's displaying as a 1.

Just wanted to say: thank you. I'm loving these small quality of life improvements and bug fixes in between feature drops. The yearly summary was also a great surprise!
