Progress Update + Future Plans
🕑 Added 2025-07-09 07:05:40 +0000 UTC After a lot of messing around and trouble I finally have mons and moves from newer generations! Up to gen 6 which means I can add all mons from ORAS, including megas (which will be much later). Which is what I'm deciding to do, this does increase the amount of mons to somewhere in the mid 400s, which will take a long time but I do want to do it. I'm focusing on mons found in the original emerald for now before I move on to newer mons. Also if you are wondering why this screenshot is darker, there is a day night cycle now (still deciding on if I should keep that) ALSO IF YOU HAVE DO NOT GET THE SECRET POKEMON IN 0.4.1, they will turn into krabby and aipom (because the only method of adding pokemon previously was to replace unobtainable ones) they will be fully fixed in 0.5.1 which should release very soon as its a (technically huge) but small update in terms of new mons

I have recently figured out how to display a sprite after a battle so I will be implementing sex rewards after certain battles. They won't be animated but they will have brendan and may versions

So the plan is to add every pokemon obtainable in emerald, then im going to try to add every obtainable pokemon in ORAS, past that we'll see because its going to take a very long time to do that. As for trade evolution pokemon, Machamp, Graveler have been changed to evolve from level up (as of 0.4.1). Any trade evolution pokemon I will change to level up evolution (Kadabra and Dusclops will have this change in 0.5.1)

Hi, i can ask for the future updates to make a way to evolve and catch unobtainable pokemon? Like evolving Machamp with a stone or level, as also being capable to catch other starters mid or post-adventure.

Mainly focusing on obtainable mons in ORAS, anything past that will be a maybe. If its Gen 7+ its probably only getting in if its one of my favorites

So I wanted to add systems & mons from later generations but I couldn't just take a romhack and add on to it since the roms on those are recompiled and hex maniac advance wouldn't be able to read it properly. Thankfully i found someone made a rombase for emerald
