Unfortunately the small nails aren’t big enough to secure the shelf (the holes are too big) but I am definitely considering the 1 million command strip route…hoping that placing a small candle on it won’t be disastrous :-)

Jamie! If it’s just a small decor shelf, I have had success in my place (with plaster walls) using a shit ton of command strips (like 8), otherwise places with walls like that probably are okay with small nails :/
