Not to great on building anymore at my age but I have two vintage Bakelite small radios, one has a clock both have the music symbol on the face and radios are brown in color, so I take it I need 3 items including the roller switch to disconnect the AM when Bluetooth comes on. Electronics fun!

Or even better, use one of the Knight AM transmitter amplifiers. Mr. Carlson did a video on them a while back. They show up on eBay, and there is even someone who is making a nice reproduction kit version.

Actually, in Silly Meters it is 8.382sm. Watch the video on the toner transfer method of making a PC board here in the listed videos, it will clear up any and all questions. The short answer is that when you do a toner transfer for a PC board, you run the printout onto a very clean blank board through a laminator. The pressure and heat bonds the toner on the paper to the bare PC board. The box around the board printout bonds as well to the blank board and prevents everything inside the box from moving due to heat expansion.

I understand the build and I understand the content for a certain viewers. I would prefer a single vacuum tube am transmitter 100 milliwatts or less no more then 10 Feet of antenna wire. To comply with FCC Part 15 regulations. my 3Q4 tube is giving my problems. my simple design is giving me Lo Fidelity over broadcasting.

I presume your drill hole dimension is in inches (.033") or a #66 drill bit? Out of curiosity, would using ferrite core(s) on the jumper wires improve the noise reduction?

The Bluetooth board has to be mounted on the outside of the chassis where it is not covered. I talked about this in my Bluetooth installation videos.

You are very correct, the audio was clipping with the Tek 556 on, the audio bars on my camera were solid at the top.

You don't need to be concerned about the noise from that scope. It's not intrusive at all in the video.
