Hypnovember 2024 Week #1 - Checkpoint!

One of my friends has been going through a lot and I've been worried/working to help them as much as possible... the election and resulting stress for American friends and, yk, the globe... and then obviously more grounded IRL issues going on. Had intended to make this more of an β¨ event β¨ with a super beautified post and shit, but right now, this is what I've got. Hope you're all keeping well. Take care of yourselves <3
Quick Reminder: What The Fuck's This About?
Last week I posted inviting listeners to join me on a 30-day file listening challenge; or I suppose, it really should have been called a 30-day hypnocommitment challenge, as it was never really about "you must trance for 30 days in a row or ELSE, loser!" This is about prioritising changes you want to see, prioritising an activity that'll help you feel good AND pursue your goals... basically just a way to encourage you to make space for it in your life.
If you did not join us for Week 1, it's not too late. I do nottt believe in waiting for the New Year to set a resolution, and this is no different; don't throw the rest of November out the window because you missed the first week, IF you did.
As a Subject, here's what I did for Week #1:
I fully tranced for 6 of the last 7 days, and looped for about 30 mins on that missing day; it was legitimately hard to fit it in this week for a few reasons. (I was a bit sick, my sleep got fucked, stress...) But as ever, taking a moment to feel proud for what I did achieve. βοΈ

Nov 1st
Conquest Drone by Avis Sapiens (his name will appear a lot here)
For my first time back trancing after 3 weeks off, I wanted a consistent option; and Avis is probably the tist whose voice I'm most trained to. This file is not for everyone, it's a dronification fantasy crossed with some toxically masculine elements and post-hypnotic suggestion, but I like it. It put me in a really foggy, waiting-for-instructions type state afterwards; very blank, very pliable, very fun. A good, encouraging return.

Muscle Boy 1.0 by Hyphyphurray
A really nice, broad-spectrum himbo/bro/mascy type file. Submissive-oriented. Been listening to help me cement a gym ~~(and show-off via progress pics)~~ habit and it's going very well. Blackout trance here which I was super happy with, and set me up well for the week of lifts ahead. Loooove his voice, and he's a gem as a person too.

This day was a walking trance day, which I like to dabble with sometimes; listened to them both in a row and got properly brainfucked bro'd out wandering through the woodsTM lol. Experienced amnesia for them + my route too which was fun, verrrry highway hypnosis. (Google it if you've never heard the term, it's a fun realworld example of hypnotic trance.)

A new Avis release! I wish I could tell you more about it but it fully blacked me out and I have no memory of it lmao. I really liked it, though... I'm just a whore for amnesia so it's super easy for me to forget what I'm told, though the effects linger even without that awareness.

This day I wasn't in form to trance, so did these as passive conditioning instead. All hot, all worth it IMO - I bought this ages ago off Hyphyphurray and I've gotten more than my money's worth listening. Avis' are great too, but different again; as are my own! It's cool we've all got our own styles.

Yeah, bro. I already realise that I think of myself and refer to myself as bro or dude more often in my mind. But the concept of being dumb still doesn't work. Being trained to be as smart as possible all my life doesn't make it easy to let go.

That's no problem! That's why I mentioned it in the post, you can always just hop in as desired and at a schedule that suits you; it's much more about choosing *some* kind of stable commitment and building up with it. You've got this, but no pressure.
