Our predictive coding is especially active when it comes to judging external appearances, which so often clue us in to a person's interests, profession… or even just their vibe. It's not foolproof, of course, but we all do it. We all assume when we see somebody dressed like an athlete, in tight form fitting clothing, or sports jerseys, that they are interested in a sport of some kind… right?
What you need to know is that using this predictive system by changing your appearance… is an excellent way to affect change in yourself. Your own brain well knows the dissonance that comes with a sudden change of appearance. Think about the strange moment, that out of body sensation that can come with a dramatic haircut or makeover. Suddenly… the person you see in the mirror isn't the you that exists in your memories. It's somebody different. So all that old predictive coding for how your appearance implies your personality and your behaviors… is gone out the window, leaving room for something new.
Hellllllooooo everyone. This is the first of a 3-File series: The Clothes Make The X! Bro is our first contender. The above quote broadly showcases the concept/ethos of the file; helps you to see that the same predictive element of the brain that tells you "man in doctor's coat = doctor", can be applied to YOURSELF to make you conform with your presentation. Therefore... when you tweak how you present, to more closely resemble what you wish to be...
Change will ensue.

CONTENT WARNINGS:
Installs programming that makes it so the way you present/the intent with which you dress will alter your self-perception and behaviour. The file specifically explains/describes this as regards being more the Bro you are inside, but do exercise good sense in how you choose to use this suggestion!
Suggests expanding your wardrobe or dabbling with new presentation that fits your desired self. There are safeties regarding buying clothes/spending money, so don't stress this too much.
Encourages viewing yourself as a Bro. Various Bro flavours are discussed: sports bro, party bro, etc., but mainly focuses on that throughline of being less cerebral, more laid-back, go with the flow, and wanting to fit in with your designated "brotherhood" or fraternity.

This is probably going to be the closest to what you're after - the three are Bro/Himbo/Brute and I know you're not going to like what I do with Himbo, haha. Brute, maybe, but it's very strictly dommy so depends on what you're after. The core programming of how clothes can affect perception and behaviour remains true of all three though, so I think this is the best shout.

Looking forward to these! I'm assuming one of the X's will be in the jock/gym rat/muscle bull vein, and I've been consciously using the concept to great effect for years now. I have mountains of gym clothes and I wear them everywhere they're remotely appropriate. But I'm curious about this one. It'll be interesting to see what kinds of clothes you think convey that whole laid back, go with the flow mentality that aren't equally useful for jocks and gym rats.
