Cardio Trainer Loop ♾️
🕑 Added 2025-07-19 23:00:02 +0000 UTCBit of a strange one versus my usual loops. This one's not an accessory piece to any major release because - I didn't have an applicable one this time! So here's a commissioned loop for somebody who wanted help locking in during cardio, along with some trancey reinforcement. There are suggestions to obey here (nothing invasive or embarrassing; instructions to smile on command) to reinforce said reinforcement.
There are two versions; one with music, one without. The music is very generic to fit a repetitive cardio rhythm, but the less busy version may be a bit more universally appropriate.

Oh, wow! This was amazing to listen to! I'm a little afraid to use it in the gym, though - I'll almost certainly get hard, and there's a good chance of the kind of involuntary moaning I was doing listening to it in bed. I think I'll risk it today though. Looks like I'll be wearing baggy sweats over tight compression shorts today.
