The recent uploads on his YouTube are upscaled, yes. They look much better than the Vimeo versions. I think people are saying that he needs to replace the 480p versions with the new upscaled versions he is posting on YouTube

I'm guessing Kenny only has X number of episodes in the best quality. This is an old show, some of it was probably just lost in time. He uploads the highest quality version of each episode that he has. I'm sure the ones that are uploaded here are highest quality ones you'll find anywhere. The higher quality versions of the episodes that are still 460p probably just don't exist anymore. Just my guess. Maybe the 720p season 1 episodes were just upscaled with AI?

Nope, something is off since season 1 and 2 are 720p on youtube while these are 540 and 480. Also, in season 4, episode 5 and 8 are 4k while they are 1080 here.
