He would be leaning against the wall of a changing room sort of closet space. There would only be a curtain between him and a corridor where men would walk by. Sometimes, a man would pull the curtain and have a look at him. He wouldn’t be able to know what the man looked like.

Are there other rooms with other bound men? Is this perhaps some sort of… vending area? Are these men for sale or rent? Not knowing any of the answers, he can only wait and wonder.

Appears that the man needs a"milking" from someone to make sure he is "calmed down". the current situation makes him become "a loaded gun" that may shoot by a simple touch. And he is supposed to spend some hours in the position. Unable to see but able to talk he may make some noise ...
