Alright, 3 Q&As to go and we'll be caught up! There was a month we skipped entirely, but another month had 2x questions so we're just going to do both of those. That happened to be the only month of the lot to include bonus vote use, so that person gets them back~

Something is off with the text in the second panel. It clearly references a second faction (*they* tried taking over *their* country), but the context is missing. Who is taking over who’s country?
