なぜ最近のMODには固定の切り替えキーがないのでしょうか？これだと、別のMODに切り替えてから戻すと、元の状態に戻ってしまいます。とても困っています！

I use XXMI for my mods, so I don't know if there's any difference with ZZMI. And yes, I'd like to add pregnant belly toggle if possible ( ´ ω ` )
