I'm sorry for the late reply!!! Here's the Dahlia head mod you requested: https://mega.nz/file/ZshglYzZ#ayRdaeYIgwfU2rLu1kLwReNfs5sqcJZhHTLFiCJSzEg Like before, you can toggle with J, but since Dahlia has her big hat, if you toggle the "glasses on head" version, you would need a body mod that hides her hat. Cheer!

Hmm, not for now, my apologies. Since Deliyah used the tall body type and I've never done the microbikini mod for any of them, I don't have a striped texture prepared beforehand (for tall models), and I thought the striped patterns wouldn't suit the more mature type so I didn't make one.
