Thanks for the podcast, interesting subjects. My 6 year old wants to join gymnastics, so it's good that I'll keep en eye on their stretch routines. I thought that forced stretches were a thing of the past... I still remember my gym teacher in school "helping" me. I hated it... I hope that your foot will get better so that you can enjoy running again and get more fun and motivation!
