yea, Discord tech support not easy to handle from here. I would suggest just making sure you're logged into the client, and have it installed, and then follow the link

Hey guys, still having issues accessing the discord. I already disconnected and reconnected my discord to Patreon, but still no link in either the thank page or e-mail.
Steve, can you please review the MasterLiquid 240 All-in-one CPU Liquid Cooler? For $65.00 US,(newegg). Is it really a bargain or is cooler master just offloading their junk inventory?
I followed all the instructions, linked my discord etc before. It didnt auto add :( Can anyone send me the discord inv directly?

It's not going to be made public. No one said anything about going public. The post was made so that people who are having trouble joining -- paying backers -- can get in touch with us so that we can send them a PM with a link.
It's a private discord which only backers have access to.

I had no issues. But whatever you do - please don't make it public.
Not sure if this will resolve the issue, but potentially linking your discord BEFORE you become a backer might alleviate it.
