You can get it from Ali Express. Search for 60/40 solder. The description (as always) is not very specific but if you check the pictures of the reels, they do state Sn/Pb or Tin/Lead/Flux ... here's one. https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005008065632109.html

Maybe find an American site that will ship to the UK? We still have good old fashioned 60/40 (tin/lead) solder readily available here. Although post-pandemic international shipping rates are ridiculous.

I've not bought lead based solder in a very long time. I stocked up on it when I realised it was being banned. Be wary of eBay lead solder, it can be weird alloys and have the flux core missing in sections.
