🕑 Added 2025-02-11 06:49:16 +0000 UTCA "retro" LED floodlight, with a very good quality power supply. It's also worth mentioning that the earth/ground wire IS connected to the case, plus also to filtering in the PSU, the cable is better quality and longer than modern floodlights, it doesn't flicker and it has good power factor.
The modern lights are all mass produced at the lowest cost. They are made cheaply and glued together.

I pick one up during discount sales, it's a 10W COB, Made in China cheap product but works fine.

That would probably be a very expensive bit of kit today, but likely value for money, given it's life expectancy.

Still have two of a similar build working on a separate PIR control for 7 years in UK weather. 20W each, amazing lifespan no rust!
