Regarding new Venti Tier (and an apology)

First of all, I thank you for taking interest on the new Venti Tier. Truth to be told, I wasn't sure people will be interested on taking this tier, but apparently the demand is quite high despite the fees a bit higher than the previous tiers. I can't thank you enough for your interest.
Second, I'm sorry if the launch is a messy launch. I was planning on launch it midnight my time but I wasn't home at that time and my battery on phone almost ran out, so I launch it a bit earlier without noticing you. I'll do better in the future.
If you still interested on the sketch comms, I'm planning on opening some comms outside this platform if you're interested. I plan open the form around early February for a regular comm openings.
Thank you again and I'm sorry for this mess. I hope you can understand the situation.

It’s quite alright! Things happen and releasing a Patreon tier a hit earlier than expected is really far from serious, to be honest. The demand for the idea of consistent art from a great artist is always going to be high, so even if it did release on time, you wouldn’t be able to please everyone anyway. Opening up commissions in February as compensation is a really kind gesture though! I’ll definitely be looking forward to it!

Usually I limit how many sketches I can take (same as other comms tier) and the other thing is that probably that the sketch form includes some detailed BG which I don't do on sketch comm specifically.

If we fill out a form for sketch commission and don't receive a reply or message back - are we to assume commission idea was turned down? I've filled out a few times before and fear I did something wrong or at least wanting to know if the ideas aren't ones you want to do.
