Nah, Nanna knew Duane was down there, the others told her hours ago. She's speaking rhetorically and expressing her opinion that he's a flippin' abomination. And yep, Siya and Sara visit often, they are Ruffles' friends.

Is Nanna surprised to hear a spiderpaw in that place just generally, before catching on to the thought in the rot? Why then isn't she reacting to Siya? Wouldn't humans from the shrine go down to lizardtown periodically for various reasons? So it shouldn't be a big surprise. Siya hasn't been acting like it's super unusual or a big transgression to go there.

I like how Lady I's spiderpaw face is rendered in a shape that mirrors the bird face; the form is just... alien enough to sell the fact it was painted by an Inak artist, with an Inak's sensibilities and aesthetic sense. The focus on lactating is another detail that a reptilian species might latch onto as very "mythological". Very nice bit of worldbuilding (dressing?) there, as always. (Also, Ruffles is precious forever and ever :3)
