Most of the time they're nothing but a line of text in the chapter outline, or some dialogue if it winds up making it into the script before it's cut. Drawing takes too much time; I have to make certain the script's finalized before I start the art :)
Do you save the "little scenes" that are outtakes? Would be interesting to see them.
