She takes so very long not only to draw but to colour. There are ways to suggest all the detail of her scales without slogging through drawing and shading them all, but I choose to work harder, not smarter.
My whinging aside, meet Vampire. We haven't had that many bearded characters in the story. He's about three-hundred years old, quite large, and very comfortable with himself. Maybe not as scary looking as you might have predicted. Might actually be a decent fellow.

They do know each other, and they were created as part of the same... batch... of creatures. You could almost call them sisters :)
Salt lizard seems a sibling to Ilganyag--something about those eyes... Have they a connection? Or maybe they are just both ancient, precient and wise?
